I discovered your channel during the pandemic but wasn’t fully consistent with doing the workouts because I also was busy with a newborn and worked full time after 1.5 months off. But now that it’s 2 years later, I’ve been doing your workouts for a few months straight now. Mostly for fun and the gain of energy with weight loss in the back burner. I thought, why not, and stepped on the scale and realized I was 10#’s down. You saved my butt during a pandemic when gyms were closed as well as getting back on track post-partum. Thank you seriously from the bottom of my heart your channel is EVERYTHING.

Today is leg day and I like to have a quick fat burn at the end of my workouts. I usually do a 10 min HIIT but I always wanted something a little shorter. Thank you Maddie for this workout!! It’s exactly what I needed 😊

I’m returning from back and neck surgery so the 5 min is perf. Still not able to do all of them but I keep moving forward. Thank you
