Couldn't do the burpees. I just laid on the floor, died, and came back to life when she moved on.

About a year ago when the video came out i couldn't even do 1/4 of this. Today i was able to finish it ENTIRELY!!
Never felt so proud of myself!! :D <3

I have an idea for the blogilates app, under each calendar day where the workouts are there should be a notes section for that day so we can write about our progress even more! thumbs up if you agree :)
