Thank you for these videos, after planning to meditate for a long time (with apps, and precicely set time of day etc). but never really beginning, I did one of your guided meditations on a whim when I was very stressed and since then, I know where and how I can get help to get out of the overwhelmed stressed state :) Thank you again, it works wonders.
