I was diagnosed with anxiety 3 years ago. Headspace has been an absolute blessing for me. The concept in this particular video has helped me especially, even just the other day when I experienced anxiety at work and had no medication. I was driving home and kept reciting this scenario over in my head and it helped immensely. Thank you SO much.

This video was so impactful in my meditation journey when I first started out. I'm about 4 years in and consistently find myself still playing in traffic but I have the insight to know that the moment I notice I can pop a squat right on the side of the road 🙂

I love headspace I have insomnia and Adhd and everyday is a syrighle to lets go for even a second and I fell asleep in 3 minutes one the first day.

The thing about meditation is that it helps to see the thoughts clearer, which for me, means to see all the chaos and dark thoughts better. I still do it because it calms me down and helps me manage stress.

I love this app!! Thats what I do now! I let my horrible thoughts go by without attaching feelings or being worried about them! Or act on them! I simple even laugh at them or say okay bye bye for now! It does help! Took me ages to relise that! Because my thoughts in the past used to scare me and can a little bit still.. but I always try and remember my skills iv learnt!
