I only cute back some refined sugar foods and some junk food and lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks. I didn't excersize at all but I'm working on that. It's amazing how much more energy I have and I sleep better.

I've been doing the sparkling water with the vinegar. It is much more palatable. I've been fasting until 11am but I end up eating until 9pm. It is a slow process

I HIGHLY recommend that EVERYONE buy her book. It's your eat for health bible and everything else will follow. This morning I woke up and had a glass of water with coconut ACV then coffee with cream and two squares of 85% dark chocolate.
