This works he ain’t lying exactly what I did I came from 322 to 200 in about year I ate way more less calories and number one thing is to stay consistent.

I do ride a longboard and it helps me lose weight but those tips are good too. Thanks.

Swimming is a mixture between cardio and resistance, plus it's a whole body workout so i'd recommend that over the two

Thanks man, I’m going to try to definitely walk more and have a healthy diet and I will sleep way more. I’m trying to at least see a little improvement before the new year.

I’ve noticed since I’ve been drinking more water I don’t crave snacks as much I mostly drink coffee tea and water during the week on the weekend I allow myself to relax abit
