Basically your cortisol is at it’s highest when you wake up so it’s best to wait at least 2 hours after waking and eat something before having caffeine - you also won’t get much benefit from the caffeine of you have it prior to that

For clarification, our bodies dont know when it is 10 AM versus any other time. The key here is X amount of time after you wake up, correct?

If you work at home this and other things are doable. If work starts at 8:30 until 530 or later, travel is 45 minutes each way many YouTube ideas are not actually realistic. We need a working woman (yes, I’m a woman) with a long schedule, children, grandchildren and home responsibilities to show the real life and how to do all the things.

I do better drinking it earlier than that. Otherwise, I may not sleep well. However, to each their own.

Umm I lost weight fasting and drinking coffee in the morning. Drink water first, waiting an hr. I wake up at 5 or 6.

This doesn't do anything for weight loss, but it helps with the mid-day crash. If your tracking your calories, you'll eat the same anyway
