Just to clarify…. Breathing doesn’t cause fat loss. He is saying that when you burn fat from working out you exhale the fat.

Breathing while you sleep to be exact. This is why good sleep is important when you’re trying to lose weight or build muscles. The bodies repair operations kick in during r.e.m sleep and move all the energy to the parts of your body that need it most . I learned this while on a one week weight loss contest . The ran and walked and sweated in the sauna but only saw small amounts of weight loss during the hourly weigh ins . But every morning I was amazed to see that all my caloric burning numbers were adding up closely to the amount burned. Sleep is the time the body makes changes and breathing is what does it.👍😤😮‍💨😴

If you wanna know it a better way then here's the explanation:
Our body are evolved to store fats in the areolar tissue which can be later used in an emergency state, such as harsh winters where a person cannot have sufficient food stock to eat, therefore our body starts breaking down this stored fat from our body which when broken down gives out 3 bi products ; Energy, Water (H2O), CO2. The water is released as sweat and CO2 + some amount of H2O is released aswell within the CO2.

Ques : Why do we gain fat as compared to others even if they eat 2x the calories of our diet.
Ans : There are various reasons why they don't get fat. Look, some people use various methods to stay in shape, like working out, staying hydrated more, not over-resting. There are biological reasons aswell such as your thyroid functioning. If your thyroid gland is performing perfect metabolism than it is able to breakdown the fat during the time when you are on a food schedule.

Also, the water itself doesn’t have fat. But when you lose fat, your fat cells need time to reduce their size (especially with fast weighloss), and water occupies that space. The. Slowly you will lose that water in your cells, and you will notice the weightloss. That’s why even if your scale doesn’t show it, you might be losing fat already.

I lost 50 pounds in 2 months. I Put on a lot of weight since the start of the pandemic. It’s been a 4 year battle of failures but I finally been able to lose the weight. It was not easy, but it’s very doable if you have determination and belief in yourself!!!
