Do you want to know how to completely transform your body in 10 quick steps? Let's start with food and drink
Stop drinking alcohol entirely

I can’t believe how many items lately I see in the store where the first one to three ingredients is some form of soy/sunflower oil - even so called “healthy” pita bread! So I find my grocery list is a lot simpler now since eating this way the last month.

The only thing that's gonna happen is you quitting after 1 week. I dont know much but you need to do a calorie deficit, eat more protein, and take small walks. I mean a calorie deficit is alone enough to lose a lot of weight, the other things are just gonna make you depressed. They are good advice but you should add them in slowly not all at the same time.

Just a note on the vitamin d, where im from, Canada, in the summer months we would roughly get 4x the daily amount from being outside, but in the winter, due to the atmosphere, 0 amount of vitamin D, so taking a supplement is a must
