This 15 min yoga flow is everything you need to get you feeling relaxed, refreshed and build your self-confidence up. The gentle flow will let your body wake up, especially if you have had a long pause in your practice (like I did, which gave me inspiration to do a flow like this). It's all about the freedom you have and what your body has. Feel free and escape the cage of stressful 9-to-5.

Morning or night, or if you can even sneak in some yoga during your lunch break. This is it.

Also I'm using a mic, two cameras the first time now. If you'd like to give me feedback, it'd be much appreciated! Most of you yoga videos are voice overs so I wonder how does this "live" video feels and sounds!
