This is a beginners 30 Minute restorative yoga for stress relief and relaxation routine. Today's class is all about relaxation and calming the mind and body to relieve stress and promote calmness. You can do this yoga class before bed or any time of the day to find stress relief. During this 30 minute restorative yoga for beginners class we will work through gentle movements and stretches to help breathe with more ease and to bring calmness into the body and mind. This yoga class offers various beginner friendly hip opening stretches along with heart openers.
After practicing this yoga class you may feel a sense of relief physically and mentally. Yoga is one of the best stress relief options.

This 30 minute yoga class is part of my free "7 class beginners yoga for overall health series" and can be used consistently in any particular order.

I love yoga with Bird. She is very calming. Her way of yoga is the best I have ever done. She is understanding that most people are not experts. I am obese and almost 47. I feel so good after doing any of her videos.

I am almost 52 and the pace is perfect. Nice long stretches, NOT rushed like other instructors I have tried. Yoga with Bird is amazing and very calming.

I've had an anxiety disorder my entire life, and therefore have to cope with a lot of constant tension. I've usually been okay with it. However, I've recently been trying to care more about myself, my body, and my mind. So, I'm learning how to truly lose myself to the moment and relax. Walking, stretching, generally exercising, and yoga have all proven to be very effective ways of relaxing myself. Bird, especially, does an amazing job of helping me relax. I felt I had been exhausted and tense far too much recently, so, I decided to do my longest yoga routine yet: this one. The relation of the body bit was truly the most relaxed I have ever felt in my life. Thank you <3

Been yogaing for 2.5 years everyday. I just happened upon Miss Bird and I absolutely love her yoga teachings. Her voice is so calming and she explains simply without all of the extra la la la. Bird, I have been following you for the last 2 years and I keep coming back to this video. This is such a good video to get you out of a yoga rut. This video gets my body back use to the positions and helps me detox. I did this last night after 3 months of no yoga - I’ve been having stuffy nose and GI problems. This morning I feel renewed!! I recently got into yoga and your videos are so nice and straight-forward. Since I have ADHD, focusing and relaxing can be pretty difficult. But your calm voice and slow pace really aid me to achieve what I need from these sessions. Thank you so much for putting out this content for us.
