So today is day 1 of my new stronger me.... I stumbled upon your videos and find them very do-able. For my first day I think that I did ok. My form is weak, but I never did this stuff before. I am an old lady, give me a break. Let's see what the evening 10 min look like! I have to remember to breathe doing this. Wish me lots of stick to

Please Julia can you make a calming and destressing stretch about 30 mins long. I’m constantly stressed out and I know I’m not the only one. Stretching really helps me to calm down and think clearly 😊

Can't even tell you how much I love this short routine. I wish I could like it multiple times 😄 I do this at least three times a week, and each time, I'm surprised at how efficiently it soothes sore muscles and relieves aches. Thank you so much, Julia!

Found your channel, subscribed, and never leaving. You are just what this 49 year old body needs! I've done a few of your short videos the past few days and they all have felt great. Really enjoying your mobility and stretch workouts. I have been doing yin yoga for a while but I like the more dynamic flowing nature of your videos. If I stick to doing these daily I definitely feel my hip and lower back pain reduce. Thanks for a wonderful structured program for mobility that ISN'T yoga.
