1 Mile Beginner Walk the Weight Off Workout

It’s day 1 of our walk the weight off challenge!
Over the next 2 weeks we will walk a total of 20 miles together and will see the fat melting off our bodies.

Only 2 out of the 10 workouts in this challenge will be available here on YouTube, all the rest you can find either on growwithjo home or in the growwithjo app.

Walking is one of the best ways to get into the fat burning zone and see sustainable results over a relatively short period of time.

With this challenge we start with 1 mile walks and work our way all the way up to 3 miles!

In almost 2 months just doing this specific video 3x a week and walking 2 miles once a week I went from 195 to 179.8 Jo has CHANGED my life! Thank you Queen! 👑

Thanks so much for you fun and amazing, not boring exercise videos! I'm almost 67 years old and I've been following and exercising with you for almost 8-9 months now. It's because of your videos that I've become consistent with moving my body than I had in decades! I had a scare in March of 2023 due to high blood pressure and I made up my mind then that I will move my body more. It wasn't food; it was lack of moving and sitting almost the entire day, every day for years! The body movement was to go downstairs to the kitchen and upstairs to the bathroom and going to the supermarket! I was 175 lbs. I am down to 135 lbs because of exercising more! I have not taken any meds for the high blood pressure instead I chose to exercise! My blood pressure had gone from mid 150s to 130s and I have readings the lowest in my entire decades of high blood to 118/60! It happened more than once too! I keep a record of my exercise and monitoring my blood pressure! For the first time last week, I did 3 of your 15 minutes exercise video right after each other! The amazing thing is I was able to do all the routines! I didn't miss a beat! LOL...God's continued blessing be upon you and your beautiful family! And, CONGRATULATIONS on you beautiful baby girl!💖🙏🏽

i really wanted to post a comment for some weeks now, girl i love and respect you much because you helped me change my life, i was 90kg and was being bullied by friends and FAMILY, it was at July of 2023 i started to change my body by eating healthy and doing 2 of your short workouts a day and i am so proud that i was consistent because as of February 18 2023 i am 58kg and still going with your workouts because they are so fun and addictive . i wanted to post it because i wanted to encourage you for more content and letting you know that you are savior of a lot of people.

I was thinner than I'd ever been 2 years ago then i got pregnant and I'm right back to square 1. Today was the first day working out since October 2022 but I'm determined to get back in shape for myself and my 8 month old baby girl, she deserves a healthy mama. Thank you

I came across a short of yours. I've done this workout every morning since. I had my last kiddo 7 years ago and I never took care of my core. I have been dealing w a lot of pain and lack of motivation. YOUR SMILE. You saying you are proud of me at the end. You saying "you & me"!! I am in tears after every session. Thank you. I feel excited to workout for the first time in forever.

I can’t believe that I completed the entire workout.. I’m 51 years young and I’m pumped up about this fitness journey. I have been following Jo since November during my darkest time and she has really brought me through. Thank you so much for helping get through and I’m on my way to great health ❤

I lost 5 pounds and started on January 7th. I train with growwithjo for up to 1 hour in various workouts almost every day. And it's not just my weight that has changed ❤

I battled with weakness for hours until I did this workout. 4 months and 3 wks into my journey and weakness tried its best to make me cower. But I fkn won!🔥🔥🔥 Down 36 lbs from 270. Let’s fkn go!

Doing this workout on W2 Day2. I did a Tabata abs yesterday knowing I would self sabotage if I waited for the premiere to come out at 11am. I work out before work so around 5:30-6 am. Ty Jo and the community for being so supportive ❤🎉
