Great workout.

But I've a little doubt regrading the amount of calories burnt. My smartwatch showed me that I did 1532 steps and burnt 72 calories.

How is the amount of calories burnt more in the video?

I liked the workout. But their was no warm or cool down. And when you take a break, you should tell people to keep marching so they don't pass out when you stop quickly all of sudden.
