This 1 Mile Workout features special guest Billy Mancini - (aka Uncle B) - and friends!

Uncle B's story is so inspiring for all ages. He came to us because during Covid his health declined and he wanted to turn that around!

Billy is a beloved performer in the Pittsburgh area and had to prepare for an upcoming performance at the annual Italian Festival.

He didn't feel well, he had pain, he felt sluggish, he knew he had to do something to be strong to sing and dance for hours at the Festival.

He started walking at the Walk Studio in Pittsburgh PA. He continued with the Walk at Home App video workouts over 5 weeks.

On the day of the performance Uncle B sang, danced, and entertained the huge crowds in top form!

We love you Uncle B for sharing your story and showing that WALKING WORKS for a healthy, joyful life! Keep SINGING Uncle B!

I am 60 years old- started leslie's workout in July 2022 (weight 93kg). By February 2023 came down 73kg!!Came down to size 14 from size 24!!😁

Just did this workout and man I’m
out of shape! Made it through with just a couple of stops but loved it, will be doing everyday until I can move up. On my weight loss journey and this is a perfect start to my exercising! ❤

I depend upon walking exercises in my apartment during the winter. Been doing it since 2020. It keeps me in basic shape until I'm able to do my walking outdoors. I do it for 30 minutes with music.
