No Equipment needed at all for this workout, and you can even do this workout in a very small space, at home, in your garage, on your balcony...wherever you fancy my beautiful friend!

When I was thinking of creating this walk for you, I was thinking; what is the beach if you cant have your friends with you, enjoying the sunshine and the waves?! Today I'm inviting you to join me for a 1 Mile Walk on the Beach, cause don't we all need a little sunshine in our lives?

You can get vitamin D straight from the sun! It is actually produced in your skin as a response to sunlight! Did you know that? Benefits of getting adequate vitamin D include:

-helps you fight disease (including reducing the likelihood of you getting the flu)
-it reduces depression
-can boost weightloss!

If you aren't able to get some sunlight in, you can also get vitamin D in the form of sunlight, make sure to talk to your doctor about what the best forms of vitamin supplements are so that you can experience the benefits!

Todays workout is divided into 3 parts: Arms, Back, and Legs.

Here are the exercises we will be doing today
1 Mile Fat Burning Walk on the Beach (in 15 minutes) beginner friendly easy workout
40 seconds exercise, 20 seconds walk on the spot
1. Arm Flappers
2. 90 degree Arm Wipers
3. Side to Side Punches
4. Side-to-Side Jacks
5. Arm Circles (back and forward)
6. Buttkicks and pull back
7. Side to Side Pull downs
8. Walking Rows
9. Walking Bent Over Row to Walk
10. Wide Pulldowns
11. 4-Corner Step
12. Squatting Side Steps
13. Squat Jumps to Run (can do regular air squat to modify)
14. Step and Kick
15. Knee to Elbow Crunch

Didn't feel like doing a thing today but forced myself to as it's just 15mins...proud of myself! It was fun and I'll be doing this again tomorrow. Please do more of these standing 15-20-25 minute workouts involving standing strength training as well!

I'm 6 weeks postpartum. I can't even put into words how good the arm movements felt with this routine! The walking was great, as always, but ohh every movement felt like such a wonderful stretch! It was like a gift to myself after all the countless hours spent rocking, nursing, and changing a baby. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to this one!

Coming back to this workout after so long feels so good. I remember this being one my first walking workouts so hard at the time. I am so excited. I have gain my weight back since having my baby boy so it is time to get back right I know I can do it with these workouts because they are amazing. I have been coming back to this workout ever since it was released. It's the perfect amount of time for a busy morning and I enjoy the people watching LOL (even though, afer doing this video so many times, I've almost memorized down to the second when people will walk across the screen XD ).
