This is the perfect workout to help you on your weight loss journey. We are using low impact (no jumping) Pilates moves to tone your ENTIRE BODY while BURNING CALORIES. These full body exercises will target your arms, abs, waist, thighs and legs with minimal equipment. All you need, dumbbells 3-5 lbs. and ankle weights (optional). We finish with an 8 MIN cardio HIIT burn to put you in fat burning mode. Grab your equipment and lets do it!

I'm using 5lb dumbbells and 3 lb ankle weights

Love this one so much! This isn’t my first time doing this one, I sprinkle it in every so often as I change up which Pilates workouts of yours I do. I skipped the cardio blast today bc I did this one after my morning run. Great like that as an add on and great as a single workout when doing the cardio blast at the end! Just a well rounded and amazing Pilates workout. Thanks for another one! 💕🙏🏻😄

Loved it. Teaching most of this to my class tomorrow. I don't use weights in my pilates class so we will just use our body weight for all the moves. You have great form too!
