Today we have a 20 minute fat burning wall Pilates workout. This intense low impact workout will tone your whole body, build strength as well as burn fat!

Thank you! Having some audible instruction is helpful for me!
The music, at times, feels as though I am “on hold” on the telephone. Perhaps with more sessions, I’ll get use to it.

day 1 - no change. was a bit challenging since its my first time. (gonna update daily)
day 2- i decided to only do cardio
day 3- done

Thank you for the tutorial, I'm a 24yr old 100 kg male, I'll give this a whirl tonight, I expect some issues but repetition and a can do attitude for over a week+ will only give greater the performance ❤
