Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

I don't usually comment aha but just wanted to say I found your channel in october and was consistent for a month which honestly brought me a HUGEEEE change, lost 3kgs, 1 inch of waist and hips then had a 3 month break due to assignments, exams and stuff🥲 but got back and currently I'm following your 2 weeks hourglass guide!! Kid you not, rn overall I've lost 7kgs, from 64 to 57🫶 waist from 34 to 31 inch almost 30 and hips from 39 to 36 inches- my jeans have been loose lmao mom kinda mad i got get new clothes😭

I’ve been trying to implement Mel Robbins’ morning:

Get up right away. No phone. Brush teeth. Atta girl. Make bed. 10 min walk. Set day’s intention.

It’s the walk. Get dressed and walk around my condo. Eh.

The woman has a dog, can go in her Pjs and basically walks her own driveway. But I like the move your body, move your mind idea.

I did Lily’s workout and thought ok, I can get consistent with this!
