Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

I’m 2 weeks in to doing a variety of your slim thighs workouts….just measured my thighs…left is down 0.75 inches and right is down 1 inch already!

Will do this for 30 days! I will do other workouts too, I will occasionally take recovery days, they are necessary. I also walk everyday (3k-6k steps) I now weight 59 kg
Day 1: 👍 done + Pamela Reif bubble but workout
Day 2: 👍 done + 5 min cardio + Lilly Sabri inner thighs pilates
Day 3: rest day
Day 4: 👍 done + Lilly Sabri hourglass abs (UPDATE I weight 57.5 kg!) + Lilly Sabri inner thighs pilates

Trying this for a month!
( i will also be in calorie deficit, running for a couple times a week)

Doing this in till summers And Doing this with 3 other workouts! I have cheer on Mondays, Wednesday’s, and Fridays! So I will just stretch and count that as a check!

okay imma do this workout for 10 days AND I WILL ACTUALLY UPDATE UNLIKE SOME

Day 1: ✅

Day 4: ✅ that last exercise is by far the hardest
Day 5: skipped cause i did other workouts
Day 6: skipped cause felt sick!

Day 8: ✅ to be honest i dont really think this is working but i havent looked at my before pictures in while so idk

I know that everyone is constantly saying that they will update and then they do day 1 and just disappear
anyways I will do this for 10 days ( actually ) and updateeee
Before : 57 cm both legs
Day 1: Done! It burneddd ( btw I am doing other workouts as well)
Day 2: also doneee ( and did some squats as well )
Day 3: Also done! Lost 1 cm btw!!
