I usually would avoid workouts like this because of the cardio but I did it as it was on the March 2024 playlist - I'm so proud of myself for getting through!! thank you for your videos Nicole and always pushing me in the best and most gentle way <3

I really appreciate that the titles and the videos themselves are focused on the exercises/movements and not on reaching specific body goals, losing weight etc.

Took a couple weeks off of Pilates and boy do I feel it getting back in this week. This class was tough but in a good way! Proud of myself for keeping up and finishing class… now to practice on focusing to keep correct form and firing up each muscle group. See you tomorrow, thanks for preparing these awesome classes 😅🎉

Since now I'm gonna start working out with you every single day of my life! I already feel like I love you so much! Day 2 done! Never did these barre cardio before, I'll not say that it's my favorite kind of exercise but it was definitely interesting (and burniiiing). As always Nicole explains everything so well, I can't get enough of her!

I stumbled on these classes while looking for something low impact but still challenging. These classes are great. I'm focusing on small muscle movements and ab control. The instructions are clear and the production quality is strong.

I've been doing the morning pilates classes before for a while now and wanted to mix things up and try the weekly workout plan. I was not prepared for how jelly my legs would be after this! Definitely not going to be able to go for a run this evening!
