I've been exercising with you for 5 months every day, and the positive changes go beyond improving my figure - I feel better inside, gradually letting go of unhealthy thoughts and habits and developing new, beneficial ones. It’s crazy how straight you can make your legs without any sort of bend. I know within time I will get to that. I loved this workout!

I’ve taken a Pilates break and have been lifting weights in the gym instead. Coming back to this video today burned just as much, if not more, than the weights. Love your workouts!

This class was tough! I made it 22 min in and had to take a break. I’ll pick up the remainder this evening. This might be my new flow to increase strength as some of these positions were challenging due to my lack of arm strength lol! Thanks Nicole 🙏🏾

I’ve been following Nicole’s curated weekly workout playlists for more than a year now, and I never get tired of doing pilates! Hello Nicole! Im new to your channel and been doing your beginner pilates for about a week now but for reasons I cant fathom, from all the workout videos that Ive followed (for over 4 years now) yours is the only one that sticked and I cannot wait each night to wakeup the next day and do it again. They are challenging and it burns but it always feels so good after. I really dont know what sorcery is this but theres just something about you and your energy ✨️💗 much support to u 💗

blessed nicole, your YouTube videos have played such an important role in my journey to a healthy weight loss !! last year I was at an unhealthy low weight and also eating "unhealthily". I gained all my weight back after a stressful period and now I'm slowly changing my habits. pilates became my best friend because it is not as intense as cardio and the breath pattern you create for each video makes the exercises so relaxing, despite intense. I cannot thank you enough for the awesome combos and the personalized sessions, considering that every video of yours is unique. this makes it all super fun, my body is toned and strong and I already lost 5 kilos without restricting any food. I'm at my happiest, pilates changed my relationship with my body and now I don't even care about belly rolls or any other insecurity created by unrealistic beauty standards. you are a goddess and I wish you heaps of great things in your life. also, you have crazy strength, muscles of steel and all. this workout specifically almost kills me and I love it. ❤
