I gotta say that I work a pretty physical job in my 60s and just within the last 2 years, I had an episode of pain caused by faulty equipment at work that got worse and worse. I went to a chiropractor that brought minimal relief. So I turned to strengthening and stretching exercises and it comp, etelu went away. Thank you!

I’ve added some of these shorts to my Pilate exercises. I’m very impressed at the immediacy of some of these on my sometimes stiff/spasmatic lower back.

Ughh I need to go to the chiropractor BADLY. I have sciatic nerve pain that causes little twinges all day and plantar fasciitis plus back pain. All from working all day in uncomfortable positions. These exercises help though.
