It works. I had a minor impingement that pinched bad when I raised my right arm just below the shoulder level. I could reach up higher, but ya couldnt get me to hold nothing or grab anything without feeling a nasty pinch. Felt it at the elbow and into the front part of my rotator cuff.

Did this stretch a few times, felt a little pinchy but a good pinchy, was able to have full movement of my shoulder and upper arm immediately, no pinches.

I love this guy. My shoulder and top arm was in chronic pain like a trapped nerve. Felt very tight and hurt like hell over the past few days. Nothing helped. Tried this...omw this really fixed it. Thank you 🧜🏻‍♀️

First 4 time lberly was able to bend my fist around broomstick, skeard my joint will dislocated and broke my elbow with just little bending my arm 2-3 inches. On 5th try fell instant unlocked my shoulder more movement as same as healthy arm. Do about 10 more tray, arm had no pain at all, fell fre movement same as healthy one. Houp it is good way to get my shoulder fix once forewer. I finish those exercises 10 minutes ago. Don't feel any heaviest in my shoulder. Fill regular healthy. Will see tomorrow how will feel. Thanks !

It’s not perfect still but this stretch gave me instant relief after every set. It feels closer to being aligned than it has in a year. Wish you lived/worked near me haha.

Another incredible video and demo, how did you know that I have a (left) shoulder problem (2 surgeries on this + TOS all 3 types + 1st rib resection + scalenectomy + a 3rd muscle taken out).
FYI, for those suffering from TOS, (Thoracic Outlet Syndrome), please know that there is hope.)
