5 AMAZING stretches for your entire spine to increase motion and decrease pain! Physical therapy exercises to help decrease back pain and improve mobility in your spine. Move better to feel better; this video will show you how.

===============================
===============================

You know that feeling of being tight, tense, and stiff in your back? Like your entire spine is “locked up” and you just can’t move like normal?

Whether it’s because you’re not a very mobile person or you have a recent injury, a tight, stiff back not only feels miserable, but it can keep you from fully participating in activities you love doing!

In this video, I’m sharing with you a simple, dynamic stretching routine that is perfect for your entire spine including your upper back, middle back, and lower back!

My goals are to help “unlock” your spine so that it moves normally again and feels better fast.

NORMAL SPINE MOVEMENT
It’s crucial that you remember your spine is capable of motion in three different planes of movement. It can move forward and back, side to side, and it can rotate.

In order to fully “unlock” your back and help it to move normally it is crucial that you spend time stretching in all three of those planes of movement.

That’s why this stretching routine is so effective. I’ll guide you through 5 great dynamic stretches that include each movement plane to help your back feel better.

These are the same exercises I share with physical therapy patients all the time. I know they’re incredibly effective and hope you feel better soon!

Oh my goodness, THANK YOU!. My spine was hurting so much after working out this morning. Don't worry I have a very knowledgeable trainer who is great with people with injuries and disabilities. But I had done 9 hours of hard-core yard work on our land this weekend.

I just finished doing all of these and my spine feels amazingly better now. I'll be doing these 1-2x daily along with my full body stregenthen training. Which involves a lot of medicine balls, stretches, squats, ropes, sleds, DTX, dumbells, and kettle bells.

So, again, THANK YOU!

Are these stretches okay to do if someone has been diagnosed with severe osteoporosis with 3 thoracic compression fractures (T12, T10, T7)that have been stabilized?

Great, as usually. I always find your videos very healthy and useful. They work. The only thing is hard to handle is the onset of each video and very loud introduction: "WHATS UP Calmer, quieter beginning will deliver a better effect, I think.

Thanks for this. Getting to that age where I spend more time in the gym stretching and doing physio exercises than anything else! I do a lot of long distance walks (25/50/100k) and my body is often stiff as a board! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Thanks! I'm a boxer so my body kind of gets crumpled because my arms are held to the front a lot. This helps after a training session.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!! I am a competitive tennis player and recently was in a lot of pain in my hips and legs, my trainer took a look and said I was super tight on my whole lower body especially hips, this really helped me loosen those muscles up!
