Also, don’t wear dark socks on a light colored wall. I’ve learned the hard way and you can see the marks where his heels moved across the wall

Thanks! I train in Muay Thai kickboxing and I’m a lefty. My left leg shoots from the rear when I’m in my defensive stance. I’ve been focusing on my technique to increase speed and power, really opening up my hips as I pivot on my right foot and drive my left shin into the bag. Lately I’m feeling really tight after throwing roundhouses. I’m going to ease up a bit 😆 while working on stretching out my adductors. Progress should be undertaken progressively!! Sometimes I rush.

It’s hard to even talk to a Dr about this and explain. I try to explain groin pain and maybe pelvic tilt but mostly my relief has been through my own research, not physio or anything else I’ve “officially” tried.

My groin keeps randomly locking up sometimes it doesn't happen for weeks and than it happens everyday. When it happens i can't put any weight on my right leg until it opens up again. It always happens to my right side. I hope this helps
