Thank you for this! My old lower back pain came back, couldn't figure out why, and none of my regular stretches were hitting it. Well, with sinking into the glut "lunge" on rep 3 I found a knot; the shoulder movements in conjunction helped point it out where my isolated stretches have skipped over that upper glute/ lumbar area. Worked the knot out and so far I no longer have the hip, back and butt pain, oh, and my stride is now even again. Can't thank you enough for this one!

I am 22yrs old
I have started to run recently, and couple of days into that am feeling pain in my hip joint and knee joint in the left leg.
Should I continue running?

Would this also help for crepitus like symptoms with cracking, popping, snapping, subluxing joints in the forearm? Had a mild subluxation of the druj joint while falling on my hand a couple times and there’s a lot of clicking, snapping, popping a lot of discomfort going on 11 weeks now. Thanks!
