Thank you for not using a lofty and condescending voice as if you were speaking to a child. Those types of guided meditation distract me from the exercise. They feel so fake. This worked well for me because you spoke genuinely. Much appreciated!

Thank you! Your meditations are beautifully thought out and balanced. Personally I like the way you don’t use music or sounds additionally. It’s very calming to only have your voice and the stillness.
