This is the first thing I do after pouring a hot cup of coffee ☕️! I have been listening for a year and these meditations helped save me. I was deep in depression with anxiety all the time. I was overwhelmed by the things i have to do today.. i tried to get started with 1 thing, but it felt like water was rushing in from all directions..

After this exercise i feel a lot better and more centered. I'm not fully where I need to be, but i'm 100% grateful for this.

I’m so grateful for this meditation. I started listening to these when the pandemic begin because it was something I always wanted to do but couldn’t get into it. The self hatred and low self worth I had for myself has slowly but almost disappeared and this channel has been instrumental. Thank you. The hardest part is trying to listen to any other meditation that doesn’t have the gentleness of your voice. Thank you 🙏🏾

That was a nice meditation. As I felt a tingle on the end of my nose she said "how does your nose feel" which was interesting.

Ived just started using this video each morning as iam struggling with depression and anxiety and needed too help myself and this video is making me see there is a light at tbe end of the tunnel x

I hadn't felt regular hunger in about 5 years I had tons of issues with my apetite so I lost tons of weight because eating was physically a struggle. My throat would close and not accept food even when I was hungry. Eventually one day I got so stressed out over a situation my stomach burnt when I swallowed and I thought "I refuse to get an ulcer" I finally got myself to do meditate . just like that once I become more aware of the feelings in my body my hunger returned. I was able to feel hunger and thirst normally again about about half a decade it's made me really happy so I'm really thankful to this video. Sometimes I can't do it still my mind wanders too much but when I get really stressed out again where I start feeling aches in my body I come here to calm myself down in the morning. I've reccomended this to a friend as well and am hoping it helps them. 🙏I hope everyone gets some peace from these videos too
