To everyone that's meditating regularly in their life: thank you for making the world a better place

Glad that I chose this video to meditate to today. No idea what Santosha was but the universe sent the message to me right when I needed it. Complete acceptance of myself. Through and through, I am enough. I might not be prefect, i'm well aware of that, but I accept myself for who I am, make peace with it. As long I keep breathing, I will keep trying to become a better person.

My language derived from Sanskrit. In Bangla, we use the exact word Santosha for satisfaction. Muslims often use this word to in context of satisfying Allah but now I realize it's more important to satisfy yourself for who you are.

What's done is done. What's gone is gone. One of life's lessons is always moving on. It’s okay to look back to see how far you’ve come but keep moving forward.

Thank you for this episode. It really makes me realise that I should be grateful to myself for the things I have got with my own mind and body. I cannot imagine myself taking tasks and personal goals without a bit of mindfulness. Tamara, thank you for your voice. And the team as well for making these available on YT.

This morning I am grateful for;
1. Waking up clean and silky after last night’s pampering - I am fresh
2. Sticking to my meditation routine - I am on the right track
3. Seeing a bit sun today - I am enlightened
Thank you 🤎

When I played this while meditating, I was really restless and this restlessness is what i go through daily.Cursing my life, my career, my relationships. But this meditation really helped me believe that everyone has to deal his/her life situations differently and he/she gets whatever best he/she could do..And rathar than cursing themselves they can actually tap their shoulder for the growth they obtained after going through so much.May be then we can find complete contentment by stopping comparing us with others.

The mixture of the thoughtful breathing, Santosha and the ambient sounds gave me home. It’s winter now, but soon it will be summer and life will bloom again. Thank you.

In the past few days I've been teaching myself how to be happy with what I have, to be unconditionally satisfied. This meditation came to my life just on time, so beautiful and with this breathtaking mantra. Santosha, I'll be using this from now on ❤

Whether you call it meditation or something else, give your mind some time every day to slow itself down. Sometimes with my anxiety clients I will start with a guided meditation in order to calm them, create a little order and give them more freedom to talk. Even 5 minutes helps.
