This an original 10 minute guided meditation spoken and recorded by one of our own team members, is an effective way to eliminate overthinking by clearing your mind, allowing yourself to relax and get settled into the moment. Letting go of all sensations, feelings, impulses and distracting thoughts, we can release from our everyday stressful state of unease. By placing your attention on your breath, you can observe the many distractions occurring in the background of your mind, allowing them to unwind, enabling us to become even more present in the moment.

This was an amazing quick meditation. Whenever my body starts to feel light as a feather and my mind goes to another world I know its a good meditation, even for 10minutes a day.

i’m shifting and i’m gonna listen to Theta Waves after this, i’ll let you know in a few hours if it worked😌 if it didn’t i’ll be back in like 10 minutes lol

(Edit:) I didn’t shift lol, but i was close, my feet were so numb i couldn’t feel anything or move them, i heard someone say my DR name but that was it, my eyes opened themselves too soon and i’m still in my CR :/

Anyone else find themselves getting emotional during meditation? I think it's because you're finally taking such good care of your body. You're silencing your negative thoughts, and you forgot what it felt like to be in the moment and feel calm... <3 Meditation is beautiful.
