Your Pilates and yoga exercises make me feel the healthiest I ever was. Doing too much cardio or weight lifting was putting too much stress on my body. I was having problems with falling asleep, felt really stressed and down. Nothing like this happens to me when I follow your videos. I never force myself to do them, instead I am always happy to jump on the mat and hear your calming voice. Thank you from all my heart for your work, Nicole.

I've started doing pilates 3 times a week consistently for the past 3ish months now...I can see my abs coming in, my booty is getting more lifted and my jeans are fitting better ^_^ perfect way to start the day

The little leg circles and sweeping the leg back and forward with the arms after the mermaid flow definitely fired up my lower half, especially with the lifting of the leg afterwards for 10 additional sections! That series burned my thighs and butt muscles to a crisp.
