I love love love this video!! I have now been working out with you for slightly more than a year and I am religious about my training. Your videos have gotten me back in shape after a year of cancer treatment and covid and now I am strong enough to even work full time again. My physical therapist recommended your videos and your videos are the first pilates/yoga videos that haven't resulted in more discomfort for me. As a person struggling with hyper-mobility, spondylosis and pelvic floor issues - your videos bring me so much relief. Just finished this workout, done first thing in the morning. It's really great for when you're feeling stiff and don't want anything too intense. However, you still feel the burn and feel your muscles working all the way through.... Really great video and channel! I'm glad I found it!

I really have to thank you! I never thought I would find any kind of movement that feels good doing on my first day of my period due to heavy cramps. But this workout is perfect! 😍 I do it every month and almost find myself looking forward to it on that day! ☺️
