Two of the exercise I had to take a short 5 second break but I was able to just back on and finish the exercise.

I feel very energized. I was diagnosed with fatty liver. I have to lose weight or I’ll lose my liver to liver cancer or liver failure. I was given food I need to limit, and told to exercise 30-60 minutes 5 days a week.

I had been losing weight in the month leading up to the diagnosis. I was devastated. But now I’m motivated. I’m not gonna give up
