Nathalie, thank you so much for creating and making accessible such a beautiful variety of pilates, yoga, HIIT workouts. While revisiting my eating disorder due to a relapse, I've had to make a lot of adjustments in my life, one of them being my relationship with exercise. Your videos have helped me focus on how my body feels and appreciates a nice stretch. My anxiety has stabilized as I allow my breath to guide my movements. I've discovered that exercise doesn't have to be painful or something to dread, while also getting a good sweat (especially after completing the 60-75 minute workouts, which are my favorites from you). I hope more people come across your channel and looking forward to the videos you create!
