Start your day right with this 30 MINUTE FULL BODY MORNING PILATES WORKOUT! This routine will sculpt and tone your entire body and get you ready for the new day. We start this workout with a short mindfulness meditation to turn our awareness inwards and get ready for the pilates practice! A warm up and cool down is included as well!

As always, listen to your body - you can always modify an exercise or take a break when you need to! I hope you enjoy this total body morning pilates routine!
