My life sucks right now, I spend all day looking forward to my favorite moment (training with Anna) has been a lifesaver for me even though sometimes I just want to lie on the mat and cry because I don't have the strength to finish the workout. Omg I accidentally clicked in this workout because I thought this was workout for beginners at first. 10 mins passed and I was like this is not for beginners at all!’ But eventually i can finish this workout 😭 it feels soooo good. Keep it up everyone! Even though you just step in a place, that’s also a good start! You all are doing great!

I do very hard jumping and crazy cardio workouts every day, but oh my gosh!!! This workout got me it was slow but very challenging. Thanks for a great workout 💪 😊

Before my period, my breasts always feel ultra sore and basically I can't do any jumping exercises which always limits me - but thankfully I found this great exercise! Now I can do HIIT even when my PMS is crazy - haha. Awesome! <3
