Yes, I personally like the “no jumping”, so we can pay more attention to the movement. But I like to vary the workouts during the week, jumping is fun (twice a week max so I don't overtrain) and I love all your workouts ❤️

This is one of my very favorite workouts you’ve ever done. Got a killer sweat on and hit all the major muscle groups. Would love to see more upper body exercises included like delt raises and Arnold presses… thank you so much for this workout!

I love the no jumping exercises, as i am 50yrs old this year, and going through the menopause, which can and has effect my joints. So i am doing more of the none jumping and still feel good after finishing. I am also doing more strength ones to improve my bones.
