Note to myself: this is a crazy killer, extremely hard but you already did it once so you can do it again! The music is absolutely amazing. This is also perfect for a leg day, basically a squat fest.

I feel really strong after that one, not because it killed me but because it didn't! Which means (in my believe) that I've become stronger! Because, after, every single one of your workouts made me even cry of how hard they were, and that know this one didn't even make me be out of breath makes me proud. I'll be looking for the one that kills me know!!

I just love your workouts so much. I have been doing them for couple of weeks. Till the end of the exercise, I am totally drenched in sweat 😂😂but the feeling I get after completing these workout is the best feeling❤️❤️🥰🥰

I really thought I was going to give up mid way with the never ending squats but I persisted... drenched in sweat. Killer workout suitable for mid beginners as well !
