I reached the 18th minute and I feel like I'm dying and I'm sweating a lot and my body is trembling😭😭😭.. I couldn't finish the exercise, but I feel very proud😌💗💗... Thank you❤️

Ossshhhh!!! Anna, The "side v up hold" almost killed me today, this was really killer, hard and I also stopped the workout 💪💪 at the middle but I always remember Anna's quote that " u can't grow when u r comfortable" and that's why I started doing it again and didn't give up, much, much 🥰🥰 thanks a lot Angel:)<3

I got covid two days ago and haven't been able to workout because of the intense fatigue and headaches, this workout got me out of bed and I'm so happy ❤ can't wait to be fully recovered so I can go back to working out with Anna everyday

This was the perfect workout after not being able to workout for a few weeks. I just moved across the country. Between packing, driving, unpacking, reorienting in a new place, and starting a new job, my body is really fragile right now. However, I needed to get the blood pumping and sweat going while still protecting my joints and stomach. This was perfect, thank you.

Wow pretty intense one even if it was a low impact. The combo of plank at the start of round 2 were really hard and V holds I was shaking 20 seconds feel like an entire minute. Thank you so so so much Anna for everything !!!

Hi Anna, I'm doing now your exercises regularly since more than 3 years. Had a problem with my knee (arthritis) since 10 years, so I decided mostly for the exercises without jumping. They were really great. All of them! Last year in May I had my knee surgery and got an 'new one' ...; since September I'm back in training again. It works wonderfully. Thanks for all your videos and motivating gestures & comments. Ralf
