What a long and amazing list of moves! The burn and work was a great challenge. I am quite certain I will feel this tomorrow! I haven’t done such a long + challenging Pilates workout in a while, and I loved it! Thank u!

great workout, but I think it'd be a lot better with a voiceover, where you're less concentrated on your body and more on instructing. There were several moments of confusion for me just by listening what you were doing, because you were trying to get the movement in, and it seemed to me the instructing part was more of an afterthought
