55 MIN Full Body Pilates Workout | Day 7 Challenge | No Equipment

Hi guys,

How is your week going? I hope you took some time off to enjoy the weekend! We are back at it again today with a full body workout that is just under an hour. This is a great start to the week by using all of your muscles - make sure you take time to stretch as well! Let me know what you think of this length of workout too. Do you think it's too long or do you like it? Would love to know any feedback so I can share more pilates videos with you. What is something that you are working on this week?

I started doing your workouts because of my back problems. I was going to a chiropractor and would feel like I've been beaten. Got tired of paying $55 a week for a beating. In 6 days my pain has lessened. Thanks for posting these. I'm trying to decide if I want to repeat this 10 day plan when I finish or search for some new ones. Thanks again! 🙂

I experience such a beautiful atmosphere when doing your workouts. The calm music and your VoiceOver, and the length and exercises in the workout make it a great place for meditation. The way you present fitness and your lifestyle really inspires me. Sanne, you're incredible! Thank you!

Believe me I was damn desperate to get leaner legs and I tried end number of exercises but to no avail and then I found u and ur workout are truly amazing as u are....I have doing ur workouts for a month and I noticed a drastic change in my legs ....OH MY GOD ...u came as an angel in disguise in my life...thank u Sanne ..lots of love from India...keep up the good work..👍
