Could only manage 2 rounds. It’s pure brutal for a heavy smoker and drinker, but I won’t give up.

Never been "athletic" but was always lean. A desk job and sugary treats did a number on that, I came to realize my kids don't remember me looking slim. Frankly, I was starting to forget. Started yesterday with Workout 1 - felt wiped. Finished Workout 2 - got wrecked. Can't wait for Workout 3 to destroy me tomorrow. I'm getting my body back!

Hey saw you on tv this morning and thought good on you. I might be in Brisbane, Australia but you have a wonderful message of finding fitness at any age. Just done first workout and look forward to doing this with my 9 yr old son as well. Sweating hard which is gr8. Thank you again. May the NHS make good use of your generosity.

There’s no way I’m doing this today. After workout 1 yesterday my thighs are so sore lmao. This one seems to be more lower body focused, I would actually die.

my teacher is assigning us these workouts during the corona virus break and they're a bit easy but at least it gets the heart rate up

Just done this. First HIIT I’ve ever done in my life! Never sweated so much. Literally was pouring off me 😂 is this to be done daily? What’s the calorie burn through this?
