This workout has been specifically created for overweight people that display signs of obesity.

At 431 pounds this exercise is just what i was looking for it´s my second day and i feel great, i´m trying to do the routine at least 2 times a day and i also added i beat of light weight lifting, wish me luck.

i found this workout to be effective. It got my heartrate up, I was tired, but not exhausted at the end, and I liked the pacing. I'm moderately active, but still obese, and I've started doing this as one of the ways I'm supplementing the movement I was getting before having to shelter in place due to coroanvirus. 10/10

I started a strick 1100 calorie diet in July & I weighed 274.6.I started this exercise program last week & and now down only to 271.6. praying for positive results!

I know this may sound weird but I watch the video first to get a feel for the pace and to see if. I could actually do it! I am definitely happy that she is going slow if you think about some of things she is doing look simple but I tried the arm circle and couldn’t finish I’m so embarrassed. But I love this video thank you for posting

hello … I am 54 years old and have been in menopause for four years now...the weight packed on and I am now obese.. was trying to find a work out that my body could do and went to so many beginners on youtube...found I was so weak and sore after that the next few days I could not do anything...thank you so much for this workout THIS IS ONE THAT I CAN DO !! I'm classed as obese and most workouts I've found on here are hard for me and quickly make me tired. This workout was so perfect. It's perfect for anyone who does not normally do much exercise at home

I'm obese and also have bad hips and arthritis in my back. This exercise was really good! It got me sweaty but I don't feel like dead meat afterwards. I hope that I can keep this up and make this into a routine. Every other exercise video I've tried has had me too exhausted by the end of it, and I'm really glad I got to find one that is targeted at obese folks who don't exercise regularly. And it was fun and easy!!!

I like doing jogging during the rest time, and then rest when you do the 5sec count down. I love that its so simple that my 3yr and 5yr olds join me! Definitely gives me motivation, while also teaching them about keeping our bodies healthy! Thank you for this video 😌❤

Despite my size I was able to do all workouts which I guess is a relatively positive outcome considering that I also have fibromyalgia. This is fantastic I truly do hope you add to it but if not I can do this routine daily. I guess my only question is how many times a day should I be doing it or is it something that I should increase as I am able? Thank you for making this.

I wanted you to know that I just started exercising and surprisingly I enjoyed it I am looking forward tomorrow night I weighed 416 and just weighed in and I lost 20 pounds so I weigh now 395. I am on a 1500 calorie low carb high protein diet and I been at for now 5 weeks I am on my 6th week and i haven't given up I am not quitting until I reach my goal. Thank you for putting out these videos and I thank GOD for keeping me going and encouraging me not to give up.
If you just started losing weight don't give up it's ruff but it gets little easier as you go along don't quit.

Hi I am really struggling with my weight I am 91kg at 15 years old I picked up 20kgs in a year its been really hard but today i used this workout I will be using it for 2 weeks to see the change

Hope someone finds it motivating to see my progress so every week I'll report here how I'm doing ^^
Info:
I am eating up to 1400 calories per day (I use an app to track what I eat)
I weight 100kg (220 lbs)
I'm 160cm (5, 2ft)
I walk from 6 to 10k steps per day
I will do this workout every day as well as arm exercises!
I am tired of feeling terrible in my own body so time to change it!

UPDATE (4/28/2020)
I now weight 97.4Kg (214lbs)!
I didn't really go on 6-10k walks every day ( I skipped about 3 days of that)
I ate under my calorie limit. Sometimes over but really rarely, I drink A LOT OF GREEN TEA AND WATER!
Last Saturday I let myself rest, but on Sunday I was back at it!
I did this video, then from this same channel 30 days weight loss challenge and 15min full-body workout - rapid results - summer-ready,
Then I do Arm exercises from different channels as well as jaw/double chin exercises.
That's all! See you in a week!
UPDATE (5/7/2020)
I weigh 96.1KG (211lbs).
This update is a little more embarrassing since I haven't lost as much, and I have skipped a few days of workout because of a really bad mood.
I don't really count my calories but I try to stay within the 1400 calories range.
When doing these exercises I skip through the breaks most of the time, so that's it :D
