Stretch and relax in the evening with this 30 minute yoga flow, great bedtime yoga

I'm so happy to be back with a brand new practice to help you unwind at the end of a long day. This is a great hatha yoga class to do after work or right before going to bed. You don't need any props and it is suitable for all levels! If you were sitting or standing for a long time today these stretches will help you relieve tension and tightness so that you can ease into a great night's rest.

Stretching before bed is a wonderful way to shift your mindset to rest and relaxation after a busy day. This is your opportunity to tune everything out and focus on yourself.

That was lovely. I saw this in my notifications, started it, and then realized it was over 30 minutes. I though, “I’m not sure I have time for this.” After finishing, I’m sure I didn’t have time NOT to do this. Music was very nice too. Thank you and good night.

I'm a trauma survivor and they have yoga at my crisis classes. I found it helped me ground during panic attacks.
Thank you so much for this. I bought a mat and started doing yoga at home. I think I'll follow along with this video every night.

You are my favorite online yoga teacher ♥️ I like that you have shorter routines and that you take time allowing for breathing at a slower pace. I also love that you allow as much time on the second side as the first. Many teachers seem to rush on the second side. Thank you.

Last night was the first time I tried one of the longer bedtime practices. I slept like a rock and felt fantastic. According to my watch, I had over five hours of deep sleep out of seven hours. (I only had time for a shorter practice tonight, but those are effective, too.) Thank you.

Peaceful way to end the day with some good stretching. Appreciate the pace -- not fast, but with more movement than a yin class, and a good way to exercise muscles after a long day. A great sivasana inn and out closing.
