& Do 2 sets of it...


It's my Day 1& i can't complete it....this is very tough for me but feels so effective .

oh! my god, i cant even say this, so, to be happy it is my (1 week) i cant even belive from my eyes my age is 14 and my weight was 75 now i lost 15 kgs i am so happy thank you mam much i will continue this exercise for my life long and my tummy as bean becamed flater than i imagined once again thank you mam

I actually did it with no breaks, im so proud of myself😭🙏

Day 1 - Kinda hard, i definitely felt the burn, i feel really good afterwards.

I do this exercise ever since in my younger age. It works really so older now I still do in slow movement I can managed. Feel fit and energetic 😊

I love love love this workout. Ive been doing it for 3 weeks and i never thought at 67yrs old id get my top and bottom firm. Sometimes i add 2 lb ankle weights
