I basically NEVER EVER COMMENT UNDER VIDEOS BUT Robertas gym you are definitely the BEST!! I managed to shed of 15 plus kgs in the past 4 months following your exercises Roberta. I do exercise at least 5 days a week a minimum of 40 minutes and 1 maximum hour. I am happy with my new look and still exercising. Keep up sharing your videos

I love the calories counting.. After this workout I don't want to have snacks.. Today it's my 2nd day.. Will try to do it at least 5 days a week.

I'm trying this for two weeks, seems easy and fits for me since I'm a college student and find it hard to manage my time and stay in good shape +(it's winter I become a hungry bear lol)
First week:
Day 1: done✅ u can feel your lower belly burning (in a good way though
Day 2:done ✅ I was super busy today I'm having exams in two days but I did it w workout in the morning 💪🏻
Day3: skipping today my body hurts me + period + an exam tomorrow
Day4: skipped unfortunately
Day5:✅
Day6:✅ w 15+ mins dancing cardio.
forgot to update lol, btw I noticed my stomach is getting flatter
Day7:✅ w 7 mins dancing cardio
I did 5/7 days but I really feel good and getting better shaped, this workout really worked for me I'm glad I could squeeze healthy activity in the end of my busy day to stay in shape
Second week:
Day 1: ✅ it was super easy it didn't hurt at all and I'm feeling so much lighter healther happier!
Day 2:✅ I almost have no belly fat any more idk if I will get flatter or toned Idk if this workout for or maybe bc I didn't change my eating system *which is not the worst neither the best*

Hi Roberta, I'm from the Philippines. I really love your workout videos. It helps me a lot to lose weight. From 65 kg down to 58 kgs in just 1 mo. And four days. When someday ask me what my exercise is? I suggest your videos to them. Keep it up. Looking forward to more videos to upload.

Great exercise format for me, I’m 83 but very active with other forms of exercise, ie, golf, long distance road bike and resistance bands but your exercise system really fits well for me. Great core workouts.

Been doing this for about 10 days along with 6-10k steps per day. Not following any diet. Just eating home cooked meals and I can see noticeable difference. Will update after a month.
