I have tried this combination twice and the first time I slept for 3 hours straight, but was able to get back to sleep fairely easily. But the second time, I slept for 5 hours straight, which is the first time for that length in at least 6 months and I woke up for a restroom break, but I can't wait to see what's going to happen tonight. Im diabetic and suffer from
I insomnia due to 3-4 visits to urinate so much fatigue. Will try for sure.

I’ve heard of The banana/cumin combo before, but I add cinnamon to it to be sure to reduce the glycemic impact of eating a banana before bed. Everything always Organic whenever possible.

Use caution. I ate 3/4 of a banana and sprinkled cumin over it, then mixed it up. Yes, I slept were BUT I thought I was going to pass out on the toilet shortly after waking. That combo cleaned me out violently!
