Stretch and relax in the evening with this 30 minute yoga flow, great bedtime yoga

If you had a stressful day or just feel like your body is tight and tense, this will be the perfect class for you! Join me in this 30 minute evening hatha yoga class to stretch and relax. This is an all levels practice and no props are required. Great to do after work or before going to bed.

We'll get into poses like low lunge, exalted warrior, pigeon and a reclining leg stretch sequence. This is a wonderful class to improve flexibility especially in your hips and hamstrings.

Hi Kassandra, I'm just before finishing my yoga teacher training, I just need to submit my final practice exam that consists of a 60min yoga class. I practiced it today for the first time and, oh boy, is it hard. Teaching seems so easy as a yoga student but behind that must be a loooot of practice. My biggest respect for you for being such a great teacher. I hope one day I will be one as well.

Yoga is about mindfulness and focus. It’s hard to find instructors who don’t speak and distract unnecessarily, but Kassandra doesn’t do that. She gives enough instruction while allowing for silence and calm.

I know you probably won’t see this since you posted two years ago, but I really had an emotional breakthrough. I usually skip shavasana or I always keep my eyes open—this is more relaxing and restorative than closing my eyes, because the trauma in my life is immense and the bad thoughts and memories come. I’m a Christian, and I often pray or commune with God when I do yoga and really focus on being in the present moment and the sensations of my body and sound of my breath. To me, the voice of God is complete and utter silence, a peaceful stillness that blocks out the noise of the world and my mind.
Today, I felt so good and relaxed after this class, and I felt compelled to close my eyes. I heard the words, “See God in me.” And I closed my eyes, and felt at peace. I cried because I felt so safe. Thank you. ❤

i don’t really comment on any youtube videos but i just wanted to put this out there that this class is my all time favourite on youtube, i have done it so many times and i never get sick of it, its a perfect suffix to accompany more intensive practice or just as a calming gratitude flow, like recommend this and kassandra is a really creative teacher also a sweetie!

From past few weeks I have been feeling lost- like I was lost in noise.

I couldn't bring myself to do Yoga or meditation properly though I knew that's how I can sit with myself truly.

Am so grateful Kassandra that you made this video. I feel relaxed, like my soul couldn't have asked for anything more.

I would absolutely love more 30 min evening flows like this. Ive tried doing 2 of the shorter ones but I usually end up doing this one 5 of 7 nights a week and change a few here and there to mix it up. I absolutely love following you and really hope I can come close to being as good of an instructor as you are! I should finish up the written part in the next couple weeks and be ready to record my 60 min video.
