I started this exercise today. I am a 52 Native American whom is 150 lbs over weight for my height. I could only last 20 minutes today before my stomach muscles cramped really bad under my ribs. Plus I walk 2 miles in 40 minutes daily for 3 wks now. I have started a MAJOR change in my eating habits in the last 3 weeks also with healthier food with higher fiber and protein but less in calories and carbs. Plus I drink a half gallon of water or more plus 3 8oz glasses of plain cold green tea or hot depending on weather. I am tired of being depressed and grieving for my 2 adult children commiting suicide and my dad just passing from lung cancer and my mom from Rheumatoid complications and beating myself up with junk food and candy and soda and sleeping whenever I can. I reconnected with Creator during quarantine and ask for help to stay obedient towards His will and creating a new healthier me. I GOT THIS!

Just did this in my living room and my muscles are more worked out than 45 minutes on a treadmill and time went fast. So nice to change up my routine. Diabetes be gone!

I am a 77 year old norwegian women who have just done 30 minute walking cardio. Since the lockdown of the gyms, I have had to find workouts to do at home. The last 14 days I have got an inflammation in my right arm, and I discovered this workout is easier on the arms. No weigst. Thanks a lot🥰

Thanks for a longer video Lucy! Please make more longer ones. I’ve recently changed jobs & went from 1st shift to 2nd. It’s a pain to think about driving to the gym, coming home & getting ready for work & then driving 20 miles to work. Working out at home is much more convenient during the week.

I’d also like to make a suggestion: for people that are new to exercise, maybe make a video for them on proper form while doing squats/lunges etc? I was exercising & trying to lose weight for about a year before i was told my squat form was making my knees hurt (i was initiating the movement at the knees & not the hips & i was also not driving the force of the push through the heels). Big improvement in strength & no more knee pain!

I love the walking workouts! I now do a run/skip on the spot for the 30 second intervals and I am sweating by the end of it! Who thought I could ever run, thank you lucy xx

I love this workout. Been doing it for the past three weeks combined with walking outside when the weather is nice. I really feel the different. I dont see much on scales but I can feel that my hips, my stomach are changed bit by bit. I also do the other 15 or 20 minutes workout from Lucy for post eating workout ( I normally wait for 30 minutes after my lunch/ dinner and do the 20 minutes or 15 minutes workout). Thank you Lucy.

Lucy loved this workout- it was challenging which I loved and I feel great that I as able to do all the moves! I am a women who is considered Morbidly obese and your workouts are easy for someone my size. You are motivating and encouraging and I will keep at it because YES I CAN!!! Thanks to your workouts, healthy eating and drinking lots of water, I will be able to get myself (within a year or so) out of the morbidly obese category. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for creating these workouts and adding mortifications if needed. You are amazing!!!

I’m your latest new fan! I first found you through the France outdoor virtual walking video, which I really enjoyed. Today I did two of your 30-minute indoor walking workout videos in one row and I feel tightened in certain parts of my body. I did this as part of 30 day shred series 2 and oh god, low impact can make me sweat so much, I had no idea!!! Thankyou Lucy, love from India❤️❤️❤️
On a side note, the spelling move was awesome, and it also reminded me of Disney (the Disney stars used to draw out with their hands and say, And you're watching Disney channel) that made me happy :)
